The IT revolution and the resultant Internet penetration,
has led to more and more services now available online. In fact, we at KSL have
a robust online platform for our customers to trade at the convenience of their
home. This is supported by the dedicated centralized contact centre which,
apart from managing service related interactions, also takes care of the Call
and Trade facility.
While we have seen an increase in online presence, we also
have a strong clientele in the offline space. Offline customers traditionally
have relied on their mapped branches and dealers for routine servicing queries
apart from the day to day trading interface. As part of our servicing
initiative we have recently launched a centralized servicing desk exclusively
for the benefit of the offline customers. The main objective of this initiative
is to save the time, money and energy of our esteemed clients to visit branches
for sorting out routine queries that could be handled on the call at the
convenience of their home. We are just a call away on our toll free line – 1800-209-9292. With over 90% of the
queries resolved on the call itself it has been very well received by our
clients right from day one of the launch of this service in July 2012. Routine
queries like ledger clarification, Statement requests, portfolio details, various
processes and procedures etc; can now be serviced by just dialing the dedicated
toll free number. Constant appreciation and feedback from the customers is a
strong motivation for us to ensure we match up to the service standards that we
have promised to deliver.
The Centralized offline Servicing desk is one more service
initiative in the bouquet of our servicing platforms. We are hopeful that this
will add a lot of value to our offline customers many of whom have shared a
long standing relationship with us spanning well over a decade. As always it is
our endeavor to provide our customers with a safe, secure and delightful
experience and we understand the importance of increasing channels of
interaction that can add value to our customers.
